The ground floor is a mix of core & shell retail spaces, residential units, lobby and community room. Floors 2 through 6 are apartment units. The structure includes concrete spread footing foundations, Type IA post tensioned concrete 2nd floor podium and 5 stories of Type IIIB wood frame construction above the 2nd floor. Site work includes a new parking lot, play structure, site retaining walls, sidewalks and Washington County street improvements on West Baseline and SW 185th Avenues.
