The building will be 3 stories of wood framed, Type VB construction, fully sprinklered. The first floor of the building will include the residential entry lobby, a library and one core and shell lease space. The second and third floors include 45 residential dwelling units, a community space, common laundry rooms, common storage closets, and a leasing office. Sitework, demolition of existing buildings, and right-of-way improvements are also included in this project.
