Description:

Portland Community College is seeking bids from qualified contractors to execute the Sylvania Campus Bookstore Remodel, as described in the scope and specifications included herein. Remodel approximately 11,000 square feet out of a total of 19,050 square feet for the entire bookstore. The main body of the work will include: new fixtures; flooring; new slat wall; painting; general mechanical and electrical work. Design Build Components of the work include: Firestopping, Ceiling Suspension Systems, Automatic Fire Extinguishing System, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical. Alternate Bid No. 1: Provide resilient floor per 09-65-00 in all locations labeled “FL-1” on plans. Add resilient floor per 09-65-00. Deduct Concrete polish as spelled out in 03-35-90. Alternate Bid No. 2: Remove existing Carpet and Rubber Base from Rooms and recycle Carpet as specified in Section 01640. Provide new carpet tile and rubber base in same locations – Offices 107, 109, 110, & 114, and Conference Room 108.

MCCCH Bid Package #5: Drilled Shafts, Waterproofing, Steel, Roofing & Fire Suppression. Hoffman Construction Company, Construction Manager/General Contractor (“CM/GC”), for the new Multnomah County Central Courthouse (“Project”) being performed for Multnomah County (“Owner”) requests sub-bid proposals for Bid Package #5 – Drilled Shafts, Waterproofing, Steel, Roofing & Fire Suppression. A non-mandatory, but strongly encouraged, pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for 8:00a.m., February 22, 2017 at the Jefferson Station located at 1230 SW First A venue, 2nd floor, Portland OR. All bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting in order to acquaint themselves with the local conditions under which the work is to be performed and to correlate personal observations with the requirements of the contract documents. Statements made at this meeting and site visit by representatives of the Contractor, Owner, Architect, Engineers, and/or others are not binding and do not change the RFP documents or bidding requirements unless such statements are confirmed by written Addendum to the RFP. PROPOSERS MUST UTILIZE THE SPECIFIED PROPOSAL FORM.
